Your questions answered
What do I get for $9 CAD (early access) / $29 CAD (regular)?
Desktop + mobile capture, 11 category scores, technical evidence, prioritized recommendations, PDF report, and an award decision. Certificate + embeddable badge only if you qualify and choose to publish.
Can I get a refund if I dislike my score?
No. Scores and award outcomes are not refundable. If the evaluation fails technically (capture error, system outage) we will re-run once at no charge or refund the payment — your choice.
What counts as a public URL?
A site reachable without login from a normal browser. Staging behind auth, localhost, and private VPN-only hosts are rejected.
Is this a WCAG or security certification?
No. Accessibility and security checks are evidence-backed signals, not compliance certificates.
How do badges work?
Qualifying sites get an SVG badge that links to your public verification profile. Evaluated-only sites can publish a separate cyan badge that never claims an award. Badges can be revoked if the record expires or is withdrawn.
Does an award help my Google ranking?
We do not claim that. Use the report to fix real issues.
Can I retest after improvements?
Yes. Retests are purchased separately and create a new evaluation under the current policy.
What are the award thresholds?
Merit ≥80, Excellence ≥90, Site of Distinction ≥95 (policy 2026.1), unless a blocking condition applies. Details: /methodology
