Data collected
Account details, submitted public URLs, payment references, audit evidence and support messages may be processed. Full payment card data is handled by Stripe Checkout and is not stored by this application.
Audit artifacts
Screenshots and reports are private by default. Published winner and verification records expose only the limited fields required to validate an award.
Business outreach
For limited business-to-business outreach, we may process a public business website, business name, a role-based email address conspicuously published by that business, the source page, delivery status and suppression preference. We do not generate personal addresses or use free-mail addresses for automated outreach.
Providers
Configured providers may process bounded inputs for hosting, authentication, payments, metrics, screenshots, AI-assisted analysis, workflow execution, business discovery and email delivery. Google Places data is handled subject to Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Your controls
Every outreach message includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are placed on a permanent suppression list for future outreach. Contact support to request other applicable privacy actions.
